SharePoint Developer

You will be responsible for developing custom applications and forms using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to streamline business processes. Additionally, you will create automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to integrate various business processes and systems. Customizing and configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to enhance user collaboration and document management will also be a key part of your role. Your duties will include assisting in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional and technical specifications. You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Collaboration with other developers and team members to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with best practices is crucial. Providing technical support and training to end-users on newly developed solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. It is important to create and maintain documentation for technical specifications and user guides. **Qualifications Required:** - 13 years of experience in SharePoint development and proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. - Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, and familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx). - Experience with data integration using REST APIs and native SharePoint connectors. - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required. **Preferred qualifications:** - Experience with Microsoft 365 services like Teams, Power BI, and Azure. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus. In addition, you will need to possess strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to learn new technologies and work effectively both independently and as part of a team is also important.
