We are seeking a hands-on developer with strong experience in building business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework) . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain modern digital workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, focusing on automation, UI/UX, and integration with SharePoint Online and related services. Key Responsibilities Design and develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps integrated with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and other connectors. Build Power Automate flows for process automation, approvals, notifications, and integrations. Develop custom SPFx web parts and extensions using React/TypeScript. Customize SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries with modern UI/UX best practices. Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions. Required Skills 4–5 years of experience with Power Apps , Power Automate , and SharePoint Online . Strong knowledge of SPFx , PnP JS , TypeScript , React , and REST API . Experience with SharePoint permissions, lists, libraries, and workflows. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform governance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Power BI , Dataverse , or Azure Logic Apps . Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for modern intranets or portals.
