To lead, coordinate, and implement safety initiatives and compliance activities across the site, fostering a culture of safety through proactive risk management, statutory adherence, training, and continuous improvementCoordination and participation in internal inspection & CFSA and external audits & ensuring 100% compliances of audit findings.Organizing different safety promotional activities, organizing safety theme of the month and interact with shop floor employees.Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.Mentoring for workmen for implementation of basic safe working culture.Developing all Safety Pro's on all Safety StandardsEnsure 100% compliance of safety related statutory requirement as per state rules and Factory act. Must have through knowledge on SAP for raising PRIncident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
