SFMC Implementation and Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced SFMC Implementation and Development Lead to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and will be responsible for implementing and developing marketing automation solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and development of SFMC solutions for clients

Design and develop marketing automation campaigns using SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Campaign Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth

Stay up-to-date with the latest SFMC features and best practices to ensure our solutions are always cutting-edge

Requirements

12-18 years of experience in SFMC implementation and development

Strong knowledge of SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Campaign Management

Experience in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Graduation degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Computer Science, etc.)
