SFMC Developer

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at our company, your role involves understanding business requirements and delivering technical solutions to optimize the Marketing Cloud automation platform, enhancing communication for CBRE. You will support regional digital and technology teams, collaborate with the Salesforce Engineering Manager, and work closely with the Salesforce Sales Cloud team to create custom queries, email templates, and comprehensive customer journeys. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop marketing initiatives using Salesforce marketing automation platform, including audience selection, triggered send notifications, suppressions, and segmentation. - Design new processes or enhance existing ones to support marketing strategies. - Gather and confirm data specifications for campaigns. - Support data architecture needs, including designing and managing database structure, data integrations, and APIs. - Assist in reporting efforts through data manipulation and integration with PowerBI and Google Cloud Platform. - Enforce quality control activities and checks. - Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements. - Analyze requirements and provide design solutions. - Participate in test plan creation and execution. - Manage process documentation. - Participate in client meetings and document key decisions and action items. - Stay updated on technology trends, especially in marketing automation and related areas. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Marketing with 6+ years of relevant work experience, or demonstrated ability to meet job requirements. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products. - Experience with Sales Cloud, Oracle, and SQL databases preferred. - Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, XML, Java, SOAP, REST-based web services, CSS, and jQuery frameworks. - Strong understanding of relational databases, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Marketing Cloud's contact data model. - Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect, data extensions, and external system integration. - Salesforce Certifications preferred: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer. - Strong analytical skills and data management abilities. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.,
