As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Developer, you will bring your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin, Salesforce Email Campaign deployment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and Automation Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Mobile Studio, Salesforce Marketing Ad Studio, SQL expertise, and HTML coding. Additionally, proficiency in Java, APIs, and Financial Services/Banking domain experience will be highly valued. In this role based in Pune, your primary purpose will be to design, develop, and enhance software using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Your key accountabilities will include developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimized performance of the code. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and integrate seamlessly with business objectives. Promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, staying abreast of industry technology trends, adhering to secure coding practices, and implementing effective unit testing practices will be essential aspects of your role. As an Analyst, you will execute work requirements, collaborate with closely related teams, provide specialist advice and support, manage risk, strengthen controls, and contribute to the broader sub-function objectives. You will continually build an understanding of how all teams contribute to the sub-function, develop awareness of underlying principles, make judgements based on practice and experience, assess the validity of previous experiences, and communicate effectively with customers. Building relationships with stakeholders/customers to identify and address their needs will be a key aspect of your role.
