Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Salesforce Developer

to design, develop, and implement

Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (CTI), and Experience Cloud

solutions. This role will focus on data management, integration, and application customization to support business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

Salesforce development, data modeling, and integration tools

, with a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (CTI), and Experience Cloud
solutions to support business data management and integration requirements.
Customize Salesforce applications using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio
.
Develop and maintain
data models, data flows, and data integration
processes within Salesforce.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure
data integrity and security
through effective use of
Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets
.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to junior developers and other team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and integrations
.
Develop and maintain
technical documentation
, including design specifications and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of Salesforce development experience
, with at least
3-4 years focused on Data Cloud
.
Proficiency in
Salesforce development tools
, including
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
.
Strong understanding of
data management principles and best practices
.
Hands-on experience with
data integration tools and middleware
, such as
MuleSoft
.
Expertise in Salesforce security best practices, authentication, and data governance.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications preferred
, such as:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect
