Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Salesforce Developer

to design, develop, and implement solutions using

Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (CTI), and Experience Cloud

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio

, and a deep understanding of

data management, integration, and security

within Salesforce. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using
Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (CTI), and Experience Cloud
.
Customize and enhance
Salesforce applications
using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio
.
Develop and maintain
data models, data flows, and integration processes
within Salesforce.
Collaborate with
business stakeholders
to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure
data integrity and security
through effective use of
Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets
.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to junior developers and team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
Salesforce Sales and Data Cloud implementations
.
Develop and maintain
technical documentation
, including
design specifications and user guides
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years
of Salesforce development experience, with at least
3-4 years focused on Data Cloud
.
Expertise in
Salesforce development tools
, including
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
.
Strong understanding of
data management principles and best practices
.
Experience with
data integration tools and middleware
, such as
MuleSoft
.
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and ability to work independently.
Strong
communication skills
to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with
Agile development methodologies
.
Knowledge of other
Salesforce Clouds
, such as
Financial Services Cloud
and
Revenue Cloud
.
Familiarity with
DevOps practices and tools
for Salesforce development.
