Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

to design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that support data management and integration needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, data modeling, and integration, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
Salesforce Data Cloud
solutions for data management and integration.
Customize Salesforce applications using
Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Develop and maintain
data models, data flows, and integration processes
within Salesforce.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure
data integrity and security
through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to junior developers and other team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve
Salesforce Data Cloud
implementation issues.
Develop and maintain
technical documentation
, including design specifications and user guides.

Qualifications & Skills:

8+ years
of Salesforce development experience, with at least
3-4 years focused on Data Cloud
.
Proficiency in
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
.
Strong understanding of
data management principles and best practices
.
Experience with
data integration tools and middleware
(e.g.,
MuleSoft
).
Salesforce certifications such as
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect
.
Excellent
problem-solving and communication skills
.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with
Agile development methodologies
.
Knowledge of other
Salesforce Clouds
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Familiarity with
DevOps practices and tools
for Salesforce development.
