We are the world's fifth-largest and India's No.1 suit manufacturer and exporter. Due to a significant increase in demand, we are expanding capacity and need Sewing Machine Operators (Unskilled, Semi-skilled & Skilled) for our Cut to Pack Value Stream. Here are the compensation details: **Skilled:** CTC 18,000 to 19,000 INR; Take Home 13,000 to 14,000 INR **Semi-skilled:** CTC 16,500 to 17,000 INR; Take Home 12,000 to 12,500 INR **Unskilled:** CTC 16,000 INR; Take Home 12,000 INR General shift timings are: Unit I: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Unit IV: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, both with a half-hour staggered lunch break. Additional benefits include: Attendance Bonus: 600 INR for full monthly attendance. Work Schedule: 6 days a week for May & June, then 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday off). Yearly Bonus: 8.33% to 20%. Free Accommodation, Electricity, Water, and Transport. Subsidized Canteen Lunch: 7 INR. Ambulance facility at the dormitory for emergencies. Employer & Employee Contributions for PF & ESIC are paid on or before the statutory due dates. All payments are made directly to employees’ bank accounts by the 3rd of the following month.
