Title: Stitcher / Tailor / Sewing Machine Operator

Job Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Relevant experience in garment stitching preferred

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Stitchers / Tailors to join our production team in Okhla Phase 2. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in garment stitching using industrial sewing machines, with an emphasis on quality, speed, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stitch garments as per design specifications and production requirements
• Operate various types of industrial sewing machines (e.g., single needle, overlock, flatlock, etc.)
• Follow quality standards and ensure proper finishing of garments
• Handle fabric carefully to avoid damage or wastage
• Work collaboratively with pattern masters and quality control teams
• Meet daily/weekly production targets
• Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediately

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stitcher / Tailor / Sewing Machine Operator
• Familiarity with different fabrics, patterns, and sewing techniques
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of standing or sitting for extended periods
