Sewage treatment plant operator

As a Water Treatment Plant Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, softener plants, and reverse osmosis (RO) plants. Your expertise in this field will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of these essential systems. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wastewater treatment plants, softener plants, and RO plants. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems, including pumps, filters, membranes, chemical dosing systems, and instrumentation. - Conduct water quality tests, interpret test results, and make recommendations based on findings. - Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues. - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and other stakeholders. - Be flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in water treatment or a related field is preferred. - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment plants. - Proficiency in conducting water quality tests and interpreting test results. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required. Relocation Information: You should be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana, before starting work. This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule that includes day shift, morning shift, and rotational shift options.
