Sewage treatment plant operator

As a Water Treatment Plant Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, softener plants, and reverse osmosis (RO) plants. Your expertise in this field with 4-5 years of hands-on experience will be crucial for the efficient operation of these systems. Key Responsibilities: - Install and maintain wastewater treatment plants, softener plants, and RO plants - Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs - Conduct water quality tests and interpret test results - Ensure the proper functioning of pumps, filters, membranes, chemical dosing systems, and instrumentation - Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve complex equipment problems Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in water treatment are preferred - 4-5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of water treatment plants - Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment - Proficiency in conducting and interpreting water quality tests - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written The company requires you to work full-time on a permanent basis, with a schedule that may include day shift, morning shift, and rotational shift.
