You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various water treatment plants, including wastewater treatment plants, softener plants, and reverse osmosis (RO) plants. With your 4-5 years of expertise in this field, you will demonstrate your knowledge and skills in ensuring the efficient operation of these plants. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Any additional technical certifications or vocational training related to water treatment would be advantageous. Your hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment plants will be a key aspect of this position. You should have a deep understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems, such as pumps, filters, membranes, chemical dosing systems, and instrumentation. Conducting water quality tests and interpreting the results will be part of your routine tasks. Your strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities will enable you to diagnose and address complex equipment issues effectively. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with team members and documenting your work. This position may require you to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Your flexibility in this regard will be appreciated. The job is full-time and permanent, with shifts including day shift, morning shift, and rotational shift.
