We are looking for an experienced Business Development Engineer Water & Wastewater Solutions to drive sales and business growth in the wastewater treatment, effluent treatment (ETP), sewage treatment (STP), and industrial water purification sector . The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in water treatment equipment sales. Establish relationships with industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and government agencies. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable water treatment solutions. Technical Consultation & Solution Selling: Provide technical support and present customized solutions for ETP/STP/RO/UF/Anaerobic Digesters plants. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients. Suggest the right water treatment equipment (pumps, filters, membranes, dosing systems, etc.) based on customer needs. Sales Planning & Execution: Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations. Follow up on sales inquiries, tenders, and negotiations to close deals. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide feedback to the management on product improvement and customer requirements. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Address post-sales technical queries and coordinate with service teams. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly/monthly reports. Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, design, service) to ensure smooth execution of orders. Experience: 3-5 Years (Water Treatment Project / Equipment Sales) Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering Key Skills & Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience in selling water treatment projects / equipment.
