Servie Engineer-Analytical Instruments

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Field Service Engineer to join our service team. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments at client sites, ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Experience: 2-4 Years

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of analytical instruments.
• Conduct QC testing and soldering of components when required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to clients.
• Maintain proper service documentation and submit accurate reports.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Ensure adherence to safety and company guidelines during field visits.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of electronics, instrumentation, and soldering.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
