As a Senior Associate Service Delivery Specialist, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for providing continuity in service and advocating for the client. Supporting the business by managing overall contract management for small to medium client contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability. Acting as the primary interface between the client and the organization, managing service relationships, governance structure, and service management review meetings. Your role involves performing client-facing activities in service activation, ensuring successful completion, identifying trends for service delivery improvement, and communicating with regional and global stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing operations performance, change management, compliance, client satisfaction, and service improvement plans. To excel in this role, you need to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, exhibit good communication skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a client-service orientation. Ability to work well in a pressurized environment, demonstrate assertiveness, persuasion, and influencing abilities, and show initiative and commitment to succeed. Developing proficiency in project management is essential. Academic qualifications and certifications required include a relevant bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher-level), PMP certification (desirable), and Client Relationship Management certification (desirable). The ideal candidate should have a moderate level of experience in service delivery or related functions, delivering IT services, managing IT projects, understanding the IT service lifecycle, and managing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
