Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer having experience in Surface Preparation industry i.e Sand / Shot Blasting industry and Paint Booths and Powder Coating industry, located in Faridabad. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning production schedules, coordinating with the other design team to ensure a smooth flow of production planning, implementing quality control measures. The role requires close collaboration with different teams to optimize production and maintain safety standards, testing and PDI before dispatch.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Excellent Analytical Skills and familiarity with Quality Control
• Effective Communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the Sand / Shot Blasting Machine manufacturing industry is a plus
