About the opportunity The WFM IC participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities.
Project responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.What youll get to doProvide Implementation Services to CustomersDocument and validate customers business requirements and map to Ceridian functionalityConfigure Ceridian application to meet customers documented business requirementsConduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutesAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertiseBe a go-to resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external usersContribute to internal Implementation initiativesDocument solutions and contribute to a solutions repositoryContribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and respond to questionsParticipate in Continuing Education sessionsComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseSkills and experience we value Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience5+ years experience in a Software Implementation role or 2+ years of experience in a Time Attendance/Rostering, HR, Payroll Software role.Proficient in Microsoft Office productsExperience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment.Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL an assetUnderstanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practicesUnderstanding of different industries and how software can be applied to support customer s business practicesCustomer relationship acumenAbility to engage with multiple projects customers at the same time and manage prioritiesExcellent organisation, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
