ServiceNow Testing

As a ServiceNow Tester at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Having a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow applications such as GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITBM. - Demonstrating at least 5 years of hands-on experience on ITIL and ITSM modules. - Possessing a minimum of 5 years of working understanding of ServiceNow ATF and Tricentis Tosca. - Being able to comprehend complex business and functional requirements effectively. - Showcasing superior analytical skills for analyzing user, functional, and technical requirements. - Applying Testing Concepts practically in day-to-day project activities. - Deriving Test Scenarios from the Business Requirements effectively. Qualifications and Certifications: - Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF), ISTQB Certification are preferred. - Any Certification related to ServiceNow testing would be an added advantage.
