As a candidate for the role, you will be expected to have the following skills: - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and test suite development. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript (client/server side). - Familiarity with ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Change, Request, CMDB). - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, test design techniques, and QA best practices. - Experience with Agile practices and working in Scrum teams. - Ability to debug and resolve test and automation issues quickly. - Experience in manual test case creation, execution, and defect reporting. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ServiceNow Test Management. - Ability to track, triage, and verify defects and enhancements effectively. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). - Building and managing reusable test steps and test suites across ServiceNow modules. - Collaborating with developers and QA teams to identify and automate relevant test scenarios. - Executing functional, regression, and integration tests across various releases. - Analyzing and troubleshooting test failures and platform-related issues. - Documenting test cases, test results, and maintaining version history. - Designing and executing manual test cases for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. - Logging, tracking, and verifying defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). - Conducting smoke, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) manually as required. - Assisting product owners and stakeholders in validating user requirements through manual tests. - Demonstrating good communication and documentation skills. You will need to have experience in the following areas: - ServiceNow: 3 years (Preferred) - Automated Test Framework: 3 years (Preferred) - JavaScript: 1 year (Preferred) Please note that this is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 12 months.
