Job Description

Title : ServiceNow Testing | 6 to 9 Years | Bengaluru / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow applications. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework), Selenium, or other relevant frameworks. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow Test Management. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
