Job Description

Requirements gathering Eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements from stakeholders for Pega-based initiatives.
Process modeling Converting business objectives into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process models.
Application design Using Pegas App Studio to design and build application components, data objects, and the case life cycle.
Stakeholder collaboration Acting as the liaison between the business and the technical development team to ensure the Pega solution meets organizational needs.
Agile methodology Participating actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Documentation Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs),
Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and test cases.
Advisory role Educating stakeholders on the capabilities of the Pega platform and advising on potential workflow improvements.
