*ServiceNow - Service Mapping Developer (Offshore)*
*Supporting Canadian-Based Client Project**Role and Accountabilities:*This will suit an experienced Candidates in primarily involved in mapping data from various systems into ServiceNow, ensuring the efficient and accurate transfer of information, and supporting integrations with other tools and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data transformation, and integration best practices.?Designing, developing, and deploying service maps, working with discovery patterns, and ensuring accurate representation of IT services and their underlying infrastructure. ?Strong understanding of CMDB, its structure, and its relationship to ITOM.?Develop and implement data mapping solutions to move and integrate data between ServiceNow and external systems.?Create mappings between different data sources and ServiceNow objects.?Ensure data integrity and consistency during data migration and integrations.?Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with external systems through middleware, APIs, and connectors.?Work closely with the development and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other applications.?Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet specific business requirements.?Support configuration changes related to mapping and data transformation requirements.?Perform unit and integration testing to ensure data flows correctly from external systems into ServiceNow.?Validate the accuracy and completeness of the data after mapping and integration.?Maintain comprehensive documentation of data mappings, workflows, and integrations.?Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to data mapping and integration.?Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and business processes.?Participate in ServiceNow release planning, identifying any mapping-related changes or upgrades that might affect the platform.?Monitor and optimize the performance of integrations and data mappings.?Recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.*Qualifications**Skills and Experience Requirements:*?Bachelor&aposs degree with at least 7 years of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping and integrating data.?Hands-on experience ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping)?Strong experience with ServiceNow integration tools like Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration technologies.?Experience working with Data Transformation tools (e.g., Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps).?Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) for mapping and transforming data.?Knowledge of data modelling and mapping techniques in ServiceNow.?Familiarity with SQL and querying relational databases.?Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP, SFTP)?Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Skills and Certifications?ServiceNow Certified ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping?ServiceNow Certified - Application Developer ?ITIL v3 certification?Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills?Excellent verbal and written communication skills?Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills?Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities*ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer SAM (Offshore)**Supporting US Based Client Project**Description for Internal Candidates* experiencing rapid expansion in our SaaS ServiceNow practice, and we seek an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer/Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SAM solutions, contributing significantly to the optimization of software asset management for our diverse client base.*Role and Accountabilities:*This role is ideal for professionals passionate about IT Asset Management, particularly SAM. You will collaborate with senior architects and consultants, managing end-to-end ServiceNow engagements and building solutions tailored to client-specific needs. Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement effective solutions that meet client requirements.Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications for performance and scalability.Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions seamlessly with other enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring efficient and effective asset management processes.Troubleshoot complex issues within the ServiceNow SAM modules and deliver timely resolutions to maintain high service standards.Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in ServiceNow development.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Develop integrations with other business systems and applications.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the ServiceNow environment.Contribute to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow.*Qualifications**Skills and Experience Requirements:*Bachelor&aposs degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experienceFamiliarity with configuration of SAM processes and end to end lifecyle, SCCM, Software Asset Workspaces, Software Spend Detection, etc.Experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro module.Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITAM, SAM and custom apps.Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping including set-up of MID servers.Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems.At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations in the role of a consultant/ DeveloperProgramming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languagesExcellent written and oral communication skills.*Skills and Certifications*ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must and preferred in ITAM and SAM Product linesITIL v3 certificationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation development and Customer Presentation skillsSuccessful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
