ServiceNow Sr. Developer/Administrator

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with 7-8 years of experience, your role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining existing modules, developing new applications, and ensuring optimal platform operation. Your expertise in ServiceNow architecture, problem-solving, automation, and system integration will be crucial for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. - Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and CMDB. - Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, and catalog items. - Build complex integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other technologies. - Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user access, security settings, data integrity, performance tuning, and patching/upgrading. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Create and execute tests for developed applications, troubleshoot and resolve defects, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and act as a technical lead in project teams. **Qualifications And Skills:** - *Experience:* 7-8 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience. - *Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, custom application development, integrations, and database structures. - *Certifications:* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITIL Foundation Certification. - *Soft Skills:* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
