ServiceNow Solution Architect - Managed Services (ITSM/CSM/HRSD) India

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect for NewRocket's Technology Practice, you will play a crucial role in leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services for large client programs. Your responsibilities will include mentoring a team of Software Engineers, aligning project tasks with engineers" skill sets, hosting workshops, architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will also be involved in providing technical pre-sales support, defining technical solutions aligned with clients" business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices, monitoring engineers" work quality and delivery, conducting demos, and delivering documentation and knowledge transfer activities for project and crew members. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with the Pre-Sales team, project managers, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, minimizing technical debt, and contributing to technical and process documentation. To excel in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience in application development, with at least 3 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform. Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for engineering science and technology, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, you should have a fundamental understanding of ITSM/CSM/HRSD on the ServiceNow Platform, as well as experience with documentation software and Agile/Scrum methodology. In terms of qualifications, a four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant work experience is required. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist are also necessary, with ServiceNow Micro-certs being a plus.
