ServiceNow Solution Architect- Integrations-IRM-HRSD-Manager

As a Service Now Manager at EY, you will lead a group in the Service Now Practice to grow the firm's Service Now footprint globally. Your responsibilities will include managing large and complex Service Now implementations, product development, and sales enablement. You will work with large global teams across multiple geographies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now, respond to client proposals, participate in orals, and help grow the Service Now business. - Design and develop solutions combining the Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities for EY customers. - Lead offshore teams in various Service Now modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops, covering blueprint, design, configuration, build, and roll-out phases. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as business, process leads, and offshore teams for successful implementation. - Propose and deliver projects aligned with agreed objectives to EY customers and/or internal stakeholders. - Build internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization. - Develop people through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for staff. - Contribute to recruiting, retaining, and training initiatives. - Maintain an educational program to continually develop the personal skills of all staff. - Engage in business development activities, including pre-sales and practice development. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top-tier Global System Integrator. - At least two Service Now Implementation Certifications. - ITIL Intermediate, COBIT, and/or TOGAF certifications. - Agile and Scrum Master certifications. - PMP certification.
