As a Service Now Senior Manager, you will lead a group in the Service Now Practice, providing directions and strategies to grow the firm's Service Now footprint. This role involves managing large and complex Service Now implementations, product development, and sales enablement on a global scale. You will lead an offshore team in various Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Sec Ops throughout the blueprint, design, configuration, build, and roll-out phases. Collaboration with stakeholders like business, process leads, and the offshore team is essential for successful implementations. Additionally, you will propose and deliver projects to EY customers and internal stakeholders, build strong internal relationships within the firm, and contribute to people-related initiatives. Qualifications for this role include 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top-tier Global System Integrator. Additional skills requirements include at least two Service Now Implementation Certifications, ITIL Intermediate, COBIT, and/or TOGAF certifications, Agile and Scrum Master certifications, and PMP certification.
