Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience working with ServiceNow as a Developer or Administrator.

Roles and Responsibility

Configure, develop, and maintain features across ITSM, HRSD, HAM, Procurement, and other modules.
Support day-to-day administration, including user and group management, ACLs, catalog items, flows, and service portal components.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-designed solutions.
Assist in planning and executing small to mid-sized projects and enhancements.
Maintain data integrity, automate processes, and ensure consistent application of platform standards.
Participate in testing, QA, and release management processes.
Work with integrations using REST, SOAP, or IntegrationHub.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and internal enablement.
Continuously look for opportunities to optimize workflows and improve the employee experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow as a Developer or Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
Experience with core modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or Asset Management.
Solid understanding of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and business rules.
Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub).
Basic knowledge of system performance, ACLs, and platform security.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
