Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage ServiceNow security policies, ACLs, and RBAC.Configure and maintain SecOps modules (Vulnerability, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence).Collaborate with IT Security, GRC, and platform teams to ensure secure design.Conduct security assessments, audits, and remediation planning.Develop and maintain secure integration points (e.g., LDAP, SSO, SAML, OAuth).Participate in governance and compliance initiatives related to ServiceNow.Create and maintain documentation on security configurations and procedures.Stay updated on latest ServiceNow and cybersecurity trends and updates.
