Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Splunk, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.).
• Write custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio to extend platform capabilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance on SecOps architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support system upgrades and patching.
• Prepare documentation and deliver technical training to internal teams when required.
  

Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of total IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow SecOps modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflow design.
• Good understanding of security frameworks and processes (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• ServiceNow Certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist SecOps) are a plus.
