Your main responsibilities include: **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in ServiceNow Platform with expertise in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM. - Creating and maintaining automation test frameworks. - Collecting and reporting quality metrics from test execution. - Establishing quality standards and processes. - Collaborating with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to design specific testing strategies for features and automate them. - Generating comprehensive test plans and executing automated tests. - Working with various automated testing frameworks like Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, etc. - Applying agile methodology for software development teams. - Deep understanding of testing techniques and ability to track and address discovered issues. - Strong communication skills. **Qualifications Required:** - College degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences. - Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a QA role. - ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory. - CIS certification is an add-on. **Additional Details:** Experience on SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools for maintaining stories. Knowledge about ServiceNow's latest versions features.
