Key Responsibilities: - Experience in ServiceNow Platform and expertise in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM - Create new and maintain existing automation test frameworks. - Collect and report quality metrics from test execution. - Establish quality standards and processes. - Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them. - Generate comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them - Experience working within a wide variety of automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects. - Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams. - Have a deep understanding of various testing techniques (e.g. unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weaknesses, and the ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing any discovered issues. - Strong communication skills Qualifications Required: - College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences - Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a QA role. - ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory - Having any CIS certification is an add-on.
