Role Overview We are hiring a ServiceNow MID Server Support Specialist who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing MID Servers across complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless and secure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like LDAP, SCCM, and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities MID Server Management Deploy, configure, and maintain MID Servers across multiple enterprise environments (AT&T or similar scale). Monitor MID Server health, availability, and performance using native and custom tools. Troubleshoot failures related to connectivity, authentication, certificates, and firewalls. Integration Support Facilitate integrations with systems such as LDAP, SCCM, Orchestration, Discovery , and third-party APIs . Collaborate with development and platform teams to configure MID Servers for optimal integration performance. Ensure secure and efficient data flow across internal and external systems. Security & Compliance Implement best practices for MID Server hardening, certificate management, and encryption. Conduct periodic audits to ensure alignment with enterprise-grade security policies (ASPS or similar). Monitoring & Optimization Leverage Performance Analytics , logs, and clustering strategies to optimize MID Server usage. Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement enhancements for better scalability. Incident & Change Management Resolve MID Server-related incidents within defined SLAs. Coordinate upgrades, patches, and release planning to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience managing ServiceNow MID Servers in large environments ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Proficient with ServiceNow Discovery , Orchestration , and Integration Hub Experience with LDAP, SCCM, REST/SOAP, and other enterprise systems Good understanding of Windows/Linux , networking protocols , and firewall/proxy configurations Experience with scripting in PowerShell , Python , or Shell Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Administration experience Exposure to multi-instance , multi-tenant ServiceNow environments Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS , Azure , and related integrations Experience in managing integrations in highly regulated, secure enterprise networks Why Work With Us?
