ServiceNow Lead / Architect

As a Lead ServiceNow Developer/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and technical best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, which involves requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment. - Collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. - Developing, customizing, and extending ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using best-in-class development standards. - Conducting system and architecture reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and security of ServiceNow implementations. - Developing and maintaining technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integration points. - Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing expert-level support for ServiceNow environments. - Ensuring compliance with organizational and industry security standards in all ServiceNow solutions. The qualifications required for this role are: - 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or a closely related technical field. - Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, Custom Apps, CMDB, and Discovery. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data structures, and security frameworks. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated leadership in design and implementation workshops. - Experience in mergers and acquisitions, separations are a strong plus.,
