ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM with CMDB Lead Consultant

As a ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM with CMDB Lead Consultant at NTT DATA in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, your role will be crucial in designing and implementing solutions using ServiceNow platform, primarily focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You will be responsible for defining and driving the overall architecture and integration of the ServiceNow platform to meet business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM and ITOM best practices. You will be translating business requirements into technical designs and architecture, developing roadmaps for platform expansion, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Leading the design, deployment, and optimization of ITSM modules and ITOM solutions will also be a crucial part of your role. You will be required to define governance processes, development standards, and technical best practices for the platform, establish guardrails for platform performance, scalability, and maintainability, integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align platform capabilities with business needs. Staying up-to-date with ServiceNow's latest releases and features, recommending adoption where applicable, and driving innovation by exploring new ServiceNow modules and solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow, with a minimum of 4 years in an architect role. Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules, scripting languages, MID Server configuration, ServiceNow Discovery, and Service Mapping are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience with integration, automation, REST/SOAP APIs, and agile methodologies will be advantageous. Preferred qualifications for this role include certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and/or ITOM. Experience with other ServiceNow modules, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cloud infrastructure knowledge are considered a plus.
