Job Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.). Design and implement Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions , and other configurations. Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation solutions within ServiceNow. Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions. Work with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations. Ensure ServiceNow best practices and coding standards are followed. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, bugs, and performance-related problems. Participate in ServiceNow upgrades , patches, and migrations. Maintain ServiceNow documentation and provide user training when necessary.
