Job Description 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules. Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems and platforms. Solid understanding and real-world experience with Incident Management and Major Incident Management (MIM). Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow CMDB. ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification (preferred). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications like CIS-ITSM are a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
