Maintain CMDB integrity and ensure accurate CI relationships.
Integrate monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, etc.) with ServiceNow.
Automate incident creation from events and alerts.
Support operational visibility, dependency mapping, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with ITSM, ITAM, and infrastructure teams.
Create dashboards and reports for performance and health monitoring.
ServiceNow ITOM Suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt).
CMDB design and CI relationship modeling.
Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and cloud (AWS/Azure).
MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
ITIL v4 fundamentals.
Scripting: JavaScript, PowerShell (optional).
