Responsibilities:
Implement and enhance Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration.Configure MID Servers, credentials, and patterns for infrastructure discovery.Develop workflows and automation for IT operations.Integrate ITOM with third-party monitoring and CMDB solutions.Troubleshoot and optimize discovery and mapping performance.Requirements:6+ years ServiceNow with focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of Discovery patterns, CMDB, Orchestration.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).ServiceNow ITOM certification preferred.
