Role Overview:

ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate

  requirement workshops

  to gather and prioritize service portfolio and service management needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business outcomes and convert them into technical specifications.
  
• Guide

  ServiceNow configuration decisions

  and identify gaps where custom development may be required.
• Create and present a comprehensive

  requirement blueprint

  for stakeholder approval.
• Assist in building the

  initial product backlog

  for ServiceNow implementation based on defined requirements.
• Support effort estimation,

  data flow mapping

  , and identifying

  cross-platform dependencies

  .
• Contribute to

  master data governance

  strategy and alignment.
• Define and drive action plans to promote

  user adoption

  of implemented solutions and platform capabilities.

Key Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  ServiceNow ITBM/SPM modules

  such as

  Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Investment Funding

  .
• Expertise in facilitating

  requirement workshops

  and translating them into actionable technical designs.
• Strong understanding of

  Service Portfolio Management

  ,

  ITSM best practices

  , and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and engage stakeholders across levels.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITBM or SPM
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
