ServiceNow IT Senior Manager

As a ServiceNow IT Senior Manager at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, your role involves building and sustaining effective communications with stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing Asset Management processes for Hardware in the datacenter and end user space - Implementing continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle - Managing leased assets and updating asset records in the Asset Database - Participating in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts - Analyzing client contracts, Purchase agreements, and other data to manage hardware assets effectively - Interacting with clients and internal/external sources to obtain relevant data and documents - Utilizing data analysis tools like MS Access, MS Excel - Generating monthly asset reports and ad-hoc reports as requested - Identifying and documenting best practices for Hardware Asset Management Qualifications required for this role include: - 9+ years of experience in a similar role - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and other reporting tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service - Detail-oriented, result delivery-oriented, and analytic thinking - Degree in a technical field preferred - Experience with industry-leading IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow/Flexera/Remedy - Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) advantageous - Knowledge or experience with discovery tools like SCCM/SMS/Flexera/Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris - Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
