About the Role:

ServiceNow Integration Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement
ServiceNow–SAP integrations
using Integration Hub, custom spokes/connectors, and MID Server.
Manage
bi-directional data flows
between SAP and ServiceNow.
Configure and maintain
Event Management
, including alert rules, connectors, event mapping, and correlation.
Collaborate with SAP and ServiceNow teams to analyze requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Develop
custom connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks
, and handle data transformations.
Troubleshoot and ensure
data accuracy and system reliability
.
Maintain proper
documentation
of designs, mappings, and flows.
Follow ServiceNow
best practices
, including code reviews and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

5–8 years of IT experience (minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow integration/development).
Hands-on experience with
Integration Hub
and
custom connector development
.
Proven experience in
SAP–ServiceNow integrations
(IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
Knowledge of
Event Management, CMDB, and Discovery
in ServiceNow.
Expertise in
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks
, and authentication (OAuth, Basic Auth).
Solid understanding of
ServiceNow architecture and security
.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
ServiceNow MID Server configuration and monitoring
.
Knowledge of
ITOM, Flow Designer, and Orchestration
.
Basic understanding of
SAP data structures and modules
.
Certifications:
ServiceNow CSA
or
Integration Hub Specialist
(preferred).
