ServiceNow Integration Specialist (SAP Integration)

As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist focused on integrating ServiceNow with SAP, your role will involve designing and managing seamless data flows between ServiceNow and SAP systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing ServiceNow SAP integrations using Integration Hub, custom spokes/connectors, and MID Server. - Managing bi-directional data flows between SAP and ServiceNow. - Configuring and maintaining Event Management, including alert rules, connectors, event mapping, and correlation. - Collaborating with SAP and ServiceNow teams to analyze requirements and deliver integration solutions. - Developing custom connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and handling data transformations. - Troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. - Maintaining proper documentation of designs, mappings, and flows. - Following ServiceNow best practices, including code reviews and performance tuning. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - 4-8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years in ServiceNow integration/development. - Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and custom connector development. - Proven experience in SAP-ServiceNow integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs). - Knowledge of Event Management, CMDB, and Discovery in ServiceNow. - Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, Basic Auth). - Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and security. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configuration and monitoring. - Knowledge of ITOM, Flow Designer, and Orchestration. - Basic understanding of SAP data structures and modules. - Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA or Integration Hub Specialist are preferred.
