Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:
  1. HRSD Implementation

    :
  • Lead the

    implementation

    of the

    ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)

    module to streamline HR operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze

    HR requirements

    and translate them into

    HRSD solutions

    on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and configure HRSD workflows, forms, and templates to automate HR service processes such as case management, employee lifecycle, and employee self-service.
  1. System Configuration

    :
  • Configure ServiceNow HRSD

    including

    Case Management

    ,

    Knowledge Management

    ,

    HR Service Portal

    ,

    HR Templates

    , and

    HR Reports

    .
  • Customize

    ServiceNow HRSD

    to suit the unique HR processes, ensuring smooth integration with

    HRIS systems

    third-party applications

    , and existing business applications.
  • Work on creating

    HR-specific workflows

    for employee requests, HR case management, and approvals.
  1. Integration with Other Modules

    :
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow modules such as

    Incident Management

    to ensure smooth data flow and process automation across platforms.
  • Integrate

    HRSD with external systems

  1. Customization & Scripting

    :
  • Write and modify business rules, client scripts

    UI policies

    to automate HR service processes and meet business requirements.
  • Customize ServiceNow forms and reports as required for the HR team to track service requests, incidents, and approvals effectively.
  1. Testing & Quality Assurance

    :
  • Develop test scripts, conduct

    unit testing

    , and ensure the quality of

    ServiceNow HRSD implementations

    by performing thorough validation of business processes.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any defects during the testing phase, ensuring all HRSD functionalities are working as expected.
  1. User Training & Documentation

    :
  • Provide

    training

    to HR teams and ServiceNow administrators on how to effectively use and maintain the HRSD module.
  • Document HRSD configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and for knowledge transfer to the internal team.
  1. Post-Implementation Support

    :
  • Provide

    ongoing support

    and maintenance post-implementation, troubleshooting any issues or enhancements related to HRSD.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the HR service delivery process.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration

    :
  • Work closely with

    HR business partners

    IT teams

    project managers

    to ensure successful delivery and adoption of HRSD processes.
  • Engage with
