Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on ServiceNow.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Configure and enhance the ServiceNow HRSD module including Employee Service Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Create user stories, test cases, and process flows.
Participate in UAT and training initiatives.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow HRSD module
(at least 2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of
HR processes and workflows
.
Familiarity with
ServiceNow platform
, scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Workflows.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, HRSD).
Experience working with
Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
.
Exposure to
other ServiceNow modules
like ITSM or CSM.
Understanding of
Data Privacy & Compliance
in HR systems.
