We are looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow HRSD Product Analyst with strong experience in driving global enterprise HR service delivery transformations through ServiceNow. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and implementing HR workflows and self-service experiences using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions to ensure seamless employee experiences through digital platforms.

Leverage 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules, including :
- Case and Knowledge Management
- Employee Center Pro
- Employee Journeys
- Integrations with enterprise systems
- Drive end-to-end implementation of HRSD solutions in alignment with business goals for global enterprises, focusing on scalability and user-centric design.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business process owners to analyze current-state workflows and design future-state solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead or support discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into functional design specifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external enterprise platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SilkRoad, and other HR or ERP systems for seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Advocate for employee experience enhancements using ServiceNow capabilities; recommend features that align with strategic HR transformation goals.
- Evaluate technical options and product capabilities to recommend the best solutions for solving specific HR challenges within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Apply data-driven decision-making to propose enhancements, track success metrics, and ensure continuous improvement of HR service delivery.
- Act as the bridge between technology and business-aligning ServiceNow HRSD solutions with strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure best practices in configuration, workflow management, scripting, transform maps, table management, SLAs, email notifications, agent workspace, and analytics dashboards.
- Contribute to governance standards, documentation, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Maintain a proactive and collaborative approach in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with multiple priorities.
Mandatory Skills And Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (CIS-HRSD) is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR domain processes and how digital transformation can streamline HR operations and employee services.
- Familiarity with IVR integrations and Employee Document Management functionalities is a strong advantage.
Solid Foundation In Configuring
