ServiceNow HRSD

Role Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow professional with strong expertise in HRSD modules and working knowledge of BMC Remedy/Helix. The candidate should be skilled in implementing, configuring, and supporting HRSD solutions with focus on integration, automation, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support HRSD modules (Case Management, HR Services & Lifecycle Management, HR Knowledge Management).
• Configure and customize

  Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

  .
• Develop workflows, automation, and integrations with third-party HR/ITSM systems.
• Ensure platform security, role management, and access controls.
• Provide enhancements, troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Work on

  BMC Remedy/Helix

  for ITSM-related tasks and integration with ServiceNow.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules and platform.
• Hands-on with Employee Center / Employee Center Pro.
• Experience in Integration, Workflow & Automation.
• Knowledge of Security & Role Management.
• Exposure to

  BMC Remedy / Helix

  .

Preferred:

• ServiceNow HRSD or Admin certification.
• Multi-module ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and cross-platform integrations.
