You are looking for a ServiceNow Catalog and SAM Developer to join the company based out of Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai locations. This is a contract role requiring 4 to 5 years of experience with key skills in ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, catalog development, ham workflow, and ITIL. As a ServiceNow HAM Pro HAM/SLTN Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Developing flow designer - Catalog development - Writing Script business rules - Customizing HAM workflows - Creating customized client scripts - Creating custom modules and solutions in ServiceNow - Troubleshooting code in ServiceNow Additionally, as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, your core responsibilities will involve: - Making scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, and Sites - Developing and customizing ServiceNow Core Modules, Hardware/Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, and Content Management System - Integrating with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems - Working on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST - Creating design documents, test cases, and conducting unit testing - Fixing defects and accommodating small changes for minor enhancements - Customizing different applications and modules within ServiceNow - Implementing ITIL methodologies and processes - Creating and modifying workflows - Designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions - Utilizing ITIL methodologies and processes - Implementing SaFe Agile Methodology Skills Required: - Fullstack Experience (Preferred) - JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON, SQL/MySQL - Content Management System/Portal Development/ServiceNow Workspace Builder - Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs - Web Service Integration experience and ServiceNow Integration Hub - LDAP Integration experience Ensure to have hands-on experience in Java Scripting and ITIL process implementation to be successful in this role.
