We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our dynamic IT team and play a crucial role in enhancing our Governance, Risk management, and Compliance processes using the ServiceNow platform.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our dynamic IT team and play a crucial role in enhancing our governance, risk management, and compliance processes using the ServiceNow platform.

Job Summary:

As a ServiceNow GRC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow GRC module to support our organizations governance, risk management, and compliance objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, legal, compliance, and risk management, to identify requirements and develop innovative solutions to address complex GRC challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand GRC requirements and design effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Develop and customize ServiceNow GRC applications to align with the organizations GRC framework.

Process Automation:

Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to automate and streamline GRC processes, such as risk assessments, policy management, compliance tracking, and audit management.

Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management, to meet specific business needs.

Integration:

Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems, tools, and platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.

Reporting and Analytics:

Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow GRC to provide insights into GRC performance, compliance status, and risk posture.

User Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and new features within the ServiceNow platform to continuously enhance the organizations GRC capabilities.

Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and configuration details
